AuroraMeter.Oban.ConfigError exception (Aurora Meter v1.0.0)

Raised by AuroraMeter.Oban.validate!/1 when a host's Oban configuration cannot run Aurora Meter's workers.

The message lists every problem found in one pass, because a host that fixes one line and boots again to find the next has been told half of what the check already knew.
